Masa Madre “Meal Kits”

A Weekly homemade meal delivery service bringing nourishment and seasonal flavor to your door

Whether you are needing a break from all the stay-at-home cooking, wanting to get more creative with flavors and ingredients in your family’s meals, love to support local farmers and producers, or are just looking for a go-to easy option for meals, the Masa Madre “Meal Kits” are for you!

“Meal Kits” are delivered every Friday to your door (in the Albuquerque area) for a set price of $20 per person. If you order monthly, you pay a discounted price for the same seasonal, nutritious and made-with-love fare!

Kits are available on a limited capacity. If you do not see the order option under Seasonal Meal Service, the service is currently sold out. Email us to get put on a waiting list.

Meals are prepared for you, include easy to follow instructions, and will sometimes include basic steps, like sautéing veggies, chopping garlic, or stretching pizza dough.

Delivery Takes place Friday afternoon to your front door (or to your own cooler placed on your porch)

Meals evolve with the seasons to reflect the available products from local producers and taste of the moment!

Dishes used are reusable and will be specific to just your family. We collect them each time we drop off a new order, and sanitize them to get them ready for your next meal.

2-3 options a week, including Meat and Vegetarian options

Ability to supplement and modify for (nearly) all food allergies 

Completely prepped, just need-to-heated dinners to make meal time a breeze

Uber fresh, local ingredients, ready to be made with few steps, and easy-to-follow instructions

Whose cooking?

Cassidy grew up on an organic flower and veggie farm outside of Boulder, Colorado. Her stepdad is a chef, and she spent her childhood watching him and later helping him prepare beautiful salads and vegetables featuring his French Mother’s vinaigrette, and deep, flavorful pastas and meats hailing from his Italian Father’s homeland for the family’s catering business. Meanwhile, Cassidy’s main caregiver as a child, her Great Aunt, hailed from Northern New Mexico, and Cassidy was in the kitchen learning how to prepare posole, chile, rice, and atole before she knew she was learning to do so. It was not until much later as an adult, after a decade of work in communications and activism for environmental and food system sustainability and access, that Cassidy found her way back to the kitchen. She now share her love and passion through food, and pulls on influences of her family’s roots in Northern California, Texas, Northern New Mexico, and in the fields of of Pastures of Plenty.
